ProtoCall One, which was established in 2003, has its roots in integration of Genesys contact centre solutions.  As such it has built a significant enterprise customer base which includes the likes of Dow Corning and X. It has also worked alongside both Cable & Wireless and BT to deliver major contact centre transformation projects.  ProtoCall One has hired Agility PR at a time when it is stepping up its marketing and business development with the recent hire of a senior marketing manager Sarah Courbet and sales and marketing director Steve Robertson.  ProtoCall One sees a major opportunity for it to capitalise on its deep contact centre expertise to help customer services directors and executives responsible for contact centres to make contact centres more central to the success of organisations.  The company has recently established business practices in both Business Intelligence and Workforce Optimisation and is also looking to advise customers in new areas such as developing effective multi-channel (email, phone, SMS, web chat/IM etc) strategies.  .  The PR brief will initially focus on generating coverage in the contact centre and relevant vertical trade media, progressing to the development of collateral including white papers, business guides and case studies.  Steve Robertson, sales and marketing director, ProtoCall One commented:“We are a fast-growing, ambitious company which has built up a leading position in contact centre solutions.  With Agility PR we are looking to ensure that we are articulating our expertise and our success in the media.” Miles Clayton, managing director of Agility PR responded:“ProtoCall One is an exceptional company in its space and we are very pleased to be working with such a vibrant business with so much to talk about as the UK contact centre market heads into a period of sustained growth accompanied by strong IT investment.”- ends -
